Food Diary 2021

Breakfast:

mixed veggies (green bean, broc/caul, carrots, peas)

rice, quinoa

beans (seasoned with salt, garlic pwdr, onion pwdr, cumin pwdr, olives)

homemade dressing (too many ingredients to list)

honey (just a little to make things a little sweeter)

chopped raw onion


Lunch:

rice ramen with seasonings

mixed veggies with beans and rice

maybe a little honey...NO dressing (i think)


Dinner:

broccoli

beans (seasoned)

with salt and a little honey
